Developing an effective questionnaire

This article describes a project to study the usage patterns of public library services by students of Adult Basic Education (ABE). The article focuses on how the survey instrument was developed and offers some suggestions on questionnaire design. It will be of interest to researchers working with any group for whom completing a questionnaire might be a struggle.Downloads
