The purpose of this research is to investigate the awareness and use of electronic information services by academic staff at Leeds Metropolitan University. This is to be done in two parts, firstly a quantitative study in the form of a questionnaire and secondly a qualitative study to further explore the findings from the first part of the research. This paper contains the findings from the first part of research into levels of use (or non-use) of electronic information services by academic staff at Leeds Metropolitan University (LMU).Downloads
